What is the KASON-TLS-M?

A manual spring tensile and compression testing machine, available in 50 N, 100 N, 200 N and 500 N capacities. A manual lever drives the test for quick, accurate operation.

How accurate is it?

Load resolution is 0.01 N and displacement resolution is 0.01 mm, from high-resolution sensors.

What is the test space?

Tension space is 220 mm and compression space 200 mm, with a 60 mm platen. The benchtop unit measures 470 × 300 × 710 mm and weighs 30 kg.

Which springs can it test?

Compression coil springs, extension springs, disc and tower springs, and wave or special springs. A built-in printer gives instant data printout.
